Zhejiang International Studies University (ZISU) is a public provincial pilot application-oriented undergraduate university based on foreign languages and literature. It was restructured and renamed with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2010. ZISU is forging ahead with great enthusiasm and strong determination to make greater contribution to the development of Zhejiang Province by building itself into a center for the cultivation of internationalized talents, for a think tank, and for the international cultural and educational exchanges in Zhejiang Province. In order to upgrade itself into a top-notch application-oriented university with distinct features, ZISU is now looking for all kinds of talents at home and abroad, and sincerely invites experts and scholars from related disciplines to join us.

Founded in 2017, the German Studies Center of ZISU is a country and area studies center acknowledged and supported the Ministry of Education, as well as a subsidiary of the Country and Area Studies Center of Zhejiang International Studies University. The German Studies Center focuses on giving full play to the functions of think tanks, relying on the construction of disciplines and personnel services, with the purpose of consulting political services, and comprehensively serving the national and local foreign strategic needs in terms of political, economic and social development. The German Studies Center focuses on education, language, economy, trade and culture, and plays an important role in country and area studies. The German Studies Center is now looking for research talents at home and abroad, and inviting experts and scholars from related disciplines to join the research team.
